FleetPride, an independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, has acquired Truck & Trailer Supply, a truck equipment and accessories provider.

Truck & Trailer Supply has locations in Artesia and Roswell, New Mexico. FleetPride has extended employment to all of its employees, including Mark Peterson, who has been with the company since 1981. Mr Peterson will continue as manager for the acquired New Mexico operations.

Mike Paxton, vice president of business development and strategic planning at FleetPride, said: "Much of FleetPride's future growth will be fueled by expansion into markets where we currently do not have representation. By seeking out companies such as Truck & Trailer Supply that have a strong existing client base, we can rapidly expand our national footprint."
